This workshop is intended for tenured faculty who want to examine different strategies for offering feedback to colleagues and consider what to look for in the classroom. We will explore the difference between summative and formative feedback, and clarify what is involved in the process of peer observation. It also may be useful for pre-tenure faculty who wish to learn more about the process.
