In this workshop, participants will explore ways to create open assignments by having students engage in creating or editing Wikipedia entries that are available to the world. Discussion will centre on ways to rigorously and beneficially scaffold Wikipedia assignments into undergraduate curriculum. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop, and some additional laptops will be made available for participants who do not have a portable device.
