Facilitators: Erika Smith and Andrea Phillipson

In this lunch and learn, faculty participants will consider strategies for managing when and how students use the digital devices they bring into the classroom. Participants will discuss some of the issues at stake in students bringing devices into the classroom, approaches to setting expectations with students for effective technology use, and ways to help limit student distraction.
