(Online) How’s the Term Really Going? Gathering Formative Feedback on Teaching & Learning

There are some surprises in teaching and learning that we’d rather not experience, such as grading midterm exams that reveal widespread student struggles, or discovering through end-of-term feedback (SPoTs) that students perceived your course very differently from what you intended. In this session, we will consider timely feedback that might help in your teaching and practical strategies for gathering it.
