Educational Leadership Spring Series

Thinking about your leadership? This series will present scholarly research and approaches to academic leadership and offer participants the opportunity to explore their leadership strengths, values, and impact, whether in formal or informal roles.

As part of the experience, participants will have the opportunity to draft an educational leadership philosophy and receive peer feedback. This key component of a teaching dossier is required for various award submissions, including the 3M National Teaching Fellowship and MRU’s Distinguished Faculty Awards and may support applications for academic promotion.

The series is open to all full-time and contract faculty and designed with mid-career faculty in mind.
