Join us in this 6-week series as we walk you through the process of reimagining your courses, from examining course outcomes and assessment, to exploring new ideas for learning activities and communication strategies, with a particular emphasis on teaching flexibly across delivery modes. Participants will complete asynchronous work and attend weekly online synchronous sessions, reflecting on how these various activities might work for their own classes. By the end of this Institute, participants will have the opportunity to: 

• Articulate a succinct teaching philosophy to share with students and to guide course redesign decisions 
• Align and map out key course components (i.e., including content selection, learning experiences, and assessment needs)
• Explore approaches to intentionally design activities and assessment strategies for learning
